Your Rights Under GDPR

Right of Access (Article 15)

Legal Basis for Processing

Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
- Booking/Transaction Data: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Marketing Preferences: Until you withdraw consent
- Contact Inquiries: 2 years after last communication
- Website Analytics: 26 months
International Data Transfers
As a UK-based company serving customers in the EU, we ensure that any transfer of personal data complies with applicable data protection laws. We use appropriate safeguards such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA)
